    Default Stuck lambda sensor!

The damn thing is stuck in the old exhaust front section!

Anyone got any tips on how to get it out in one piece?

    vaseline?

Blow torch.. heat it up then try, alternatively soak it with wd40 but that needs doing over the course of a week, sometimes two, to be of any effect. If none of that works you could try one of the sensor sockets if you havent already, they have the inside shaped so as not too break it and might let you get some more torque on it ?

Although it was slightly bigger than the one above as the tighter you try to turn it the harder it grips, was a bit of a nightmare but it did eventually shift

I've been a lucky boy! Gave it a blast with my plumbers lamp and out it came.

Now nicely fitted in the new pipe, all working properly.

Managed to solve my rattling issue too. Found the heat shield above the first silencer was hanging off! The area around the mountings had all corroded (only off-side for some reason, the nearside were all fine!) Few big washers and it's held tight again.
