    words fail me! if this guy is allowed on the roads it's only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed.

    with only 50% vision in each eye can he read a license plate from the required distance?

    No, there's a special driving test for BMW drivers, some cabbies (NOT the ones on this forum, obviously!! ) and I believe if you purchase any vehicle in the 'max power nova/corsa' band, you are obliged to trade in your full licence for a premium idiot one, which entitles you to priority over any traffic from any direction at any time.

    Or so I'm told......
