    Default Network Q

My network Q runs out in january and i received a renewal quote through the post this morning. They are wanting £136 for 17 months cover(VX warranty ends in 17 months also) which to me seems very reasonable

What is the general opinions on the level of cover offered by Network Q and what will be covered for the next 17 months?? (they never enclosed a detailed leaflet to say what would be covered )

I would search the VX site for detail's but at work just now and VX site is blocked for some reason

    Cheers in Advance guys

I'd be interested in this too. I bought my car back in May this year, and at the time it was 11 months old, so I had 1 year Network Q followed by 13 months manufacturer's warranty. The salesman at the time explained the NQ benefits, but apart from the 30 day exchange programme the main additional benefit seemed to be that the brakes were covered. If that is all the difference £136 seems rather a lot IMO.

Doesn't the NetworkQ warranty take it back to the same level as the first years manufacturers warranty? (minus battery and disks/pads?).

At least that was what I was told when I bought mine...

I was told that disks & pads are included in NQ, but excluded from manufacturers (possibly excluded from the standard warranty after 1st year).

Oh doesn't NQ cover you for break downs too?

I would do it, one problem could cost four times that. I thought it was a good price

On a slightly different note, my Signum came with 12months Network Q and also an MOT guarantee thing, providing that i had had the car 6months beofre MOT due, well car is 3 years old on 30th Jan so I would not have had the car 6 months, why do they put this if the car comes with 12months MOT guarantee??
