New to this forum and my vectra, this forum has helped me find a LOT of things, glad its running

Iv recently had a water leak problem, the coolant light came on whilst i was driving and just filled it straight up again a week later it comes up again but didnt have time to investigate so filled it up again, a week later it went down again so boughht a new tank and filled it wth a new lot of antifreeze but then a few days later it went down up so filled it up and seen that it was leaking under the tray and the alternator belt was slipping so booked it in for a pressure test, he seen that it was coming from the pump and put in a new pump and belt, all looked to be fine until a week and half later it comes up again so checked it out and the guy filled it up and said it should be fine now the water was settling etc a couple weeks later and now the lights come up again and the tanks gone down

Im completely baffled

Just got this car after wanting it for a while and loving it but this has been a nagging problem, could anyone help or know what it could be

It's known for it to settle after being drained and refilled. My old DTi needed 2 or 3 top ups in the month after I changed my tank. It was then fine for 20k miles then I sold it. just make sure there's no leaks dripping on the road
