why do people not read adverts on ebay

got the quads on there at the moment , collection only

get an email from JORDAN ( not the bird the country )

would i post them from uk to jordan

i told him it would probably cost about £250 on top of the price , he was like fine money is not a problem

like im gonna find a courier to take something that big and heavy !!!!!

I never post internationally, and state as much in any ads. Not worth the hassle.

Still get mugs emailing me from Outer Mongolia asking if I'll post it to them.

Im one of those that actually aske if people posting abroad.. it dont see the problem.. you can just use tracking, then you can see how far its got.. if buyer is willing to pay for the service, why not.. even if you post inside the uk you still do it signed for ect.. whats the difference!

If anyone wants me to post oversea I make them pay as a gift so they can't do charge back and get taking details.

Royal Mail generally only track until it leaves the UK unless you use airsure I believe. Also, there have been cases where the foreign mail service didn't bother to ask for a signature and the Ts&Cs appear to allow them not to sometimes so you leave yourself open to buyer denying receipt of the item and you don't have a leg to stand on.

I would have thought though if you manage to tick all of PayPal's boxes for seller protection then surely this should protect you against chargebacks?

No one will price it as a parcel as its too big / heavy

The difference is, as a member found out posting to Arab Emirates, not all coubtries do proper Track and Trace, then the buyer denies receipt, no signature, seller loses item and has to refund.
