Default Disconnecting ECU and temp sensor on 3.2

As mentioned on a couple of previous threads, I'm trying to work my way down the engine to replace the oil cooler and oil cooler pipes. I did get stuck on the intake flange which wouldn't let go, but now finally got that out.

Next problem is disconnecting the ECU plugs as I need to unbolt the ECU to get to the cooler pipes. I've moved the locking levers forward but can't see how the plugs then pull out/off, and I don't want to force them and break something. Pic below - can anyone advise which direction and which bits come off please? In the pic the locking levers are fully forward to the unlock position:

Also, there is a sensor take off on the coolant bridge as shown below (in box) - again I can't see how this disconnects, so same question really, as to which bit to press/unclip to get the connector off please?

    TIA

No idea on how to unbolt it, but make sure the battery is disconnected before trying to remove the ECU - if the ECU still has power going to it when you remove it then you could fatally damage it.

Yep - disconnected the battery before starting taking things apart so no issues there.
