    Default help on what to change on rear suspension

    needing a little bit of advice,my mots due at end of month and need to change rear upper control arms am i better getting anything else changed at same time to avoid further labour costs and also is £70 a good price for the arms,thanks.

    £70 is a good price mate. Depends where you get them though. I got some from eBay for £30 for my last car. I've since sold the car but they had not given any bother. A lot of members say get genuine ones as they last longer

    Might be worth changing the rear springs and shock absorbers while you're at it, about an extra 20-50 minutes per side, unless they've been done recently.

    Not really buddy as the only thing that has to come out for removing the UCA is the rear spring so unless you want to fit lowereing springs then i'd just get the uca itself done.

    thats great guys thanks for the advice,dont need to change springs as in the summer changed them to eibachs as had another broken front spring.
