It's actually Elegance, Exclusiv, Design and Elite.

Yes.

Elegance is base trim, but better equipped than Vectra base trim.

Design is the equivalent of the SRI on the Vectra, with sports suspension, but has more toys than the SRI.

Elite is the luxury top trim with full leather and even more toys.

Exclusiv is the high-value mid-trim with 18" alloys, roof rails and sports suspension.

IIRC from a certain point (facelift?) all Signums came with SatNav as standard.
