    Default Cdti voltage ?

Can anyone tell me what their battery voltage is on tick-over for the cdti 150, It would be an advantage to know when the engine is NOT HOT OR COLD as such but just cooling down or warm, I'm having problems as some may know on tick-over & have found my injector deviation readings go out when the tick-over voltage is below 14v in the same situation, When started the throttle is not touched & allowed to tick-over as normal.

So whats the problem? Is the battery going flat? Do you have lights on the dash? Just after start up it will be a bit lower than the 14ish volts due to the start up load, but within a few seconds it should be up to about 14.5v.

How do you know what the voltage is on start up? have you fitted a volt meter?
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

is the motor starting & running ok?

according to the cd70 test mode my motor sits around 14, sometimes lower due to the amount of power use IE. heated seats & rear screen etc...
If you have no running or starting issues then don't try fix what may not be broken... if it's slow starting then have the battery checked.

there is a reason they don't fit gauges for everything, there is a massive range of "normal" that would make people think something is wrong.
