Default P0105 - can I still drive the car?

As I'm still waiting for a new MAP sensor on my V6 CDTi (Y30DT) to arrive, could I still drive the car with fault code P0105-03 (Map sensor circuit low voltage) present?

Both the spanner light and the EML light are on (P0105-03 won't clear for obvious reasons), it ticks over at 1000rpm and yes, I know it's in limp mode but I need the car desparately this weekend to do some short trips, no motorways or fast roads.

don't see why not, it'll just run in default open loop limp mode anyway won't it?

It'll be slow as as anything mate. And could other problems if used too much.

Ie chance of damaging oxygen sensor. Slim chance but all the same it's their.

Also be aware fuel economy will be horrendous.

If it was me I'd suck it in and get public transport/ taxis rather than risk extra damage.
