Default snowflake tyre change, 2 more cracks!!!!

Just been to tyre shop for a new tyre, and yes i cudnt believe it! 2 cracks! Although the wheel doesnt loose no pressure. These are seriously going now and are going back to 17's, i had to have the new tyre fitted as they ordered it in for me and the one what was on it needed to be changed badly, so the new one is on, so fingers crossed its keeps pressure in new tyre untill i get a swap or buy some 17's!!!

    Get some other 19's

Its the alloys themselves that are the problem.

I used to run 215/35/19 for about 3 years and never had any cracks.

Now on my Signum I am running 245/35/19 with no problems all on non snowflakes.

As you have tyres look at buying a new set of 19" rims from ebay.

i am just in the door from changing my neighbours 19" amg replica rim i do this at least once a month i have told her to get rid as i am feed up changing them and taking it to work to get welded ,the lad at work is happy enough with £20 a time
    for welding them
i think it just depends on your roads how long they last , this is why i run 18,s

Christ Luke you're having some bad luck of late. I can understand why you want to get rid of the snowies if they keep cracking that easy. My VXR's will be up forsale soon when I put the 18" insignia reps on.
