    Default GardX Vehicle Protection System???

Has anyone had a car that thi shas been applied to? The advertising makes all the usual promises about protecting paintwork etc etc. Does it actually work and at £195 is it good value?

That's what I was thinking, it does include some interior treatment stuff as well for the upholstery but that stain guard stuff is hardly expensive. I was thinking I could get a jet washer, snow foam lance and a decent amount of chemicals, clay, waxes and cleaning chemicals for £195 and then I'd be set up!

If your thinking about going down that route you should look into C1 from Gtechniq. Can only be applied professionally I believe, but from what I have read really is the best out there at what it does.

It appears that you can't actually buy the stuff though?

Yes you'd have to get a pro to apply it.

Just had a look on the website and the "bronze" treatment is £499! When I think of the other things I could do to my car for that money there is no chance I can sensibly consider this. I'm sure it's good stuff and when I get a brand new Aston Martin then maybe!

go to ebay and look up supagard: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUPAGARD-P...item4ab28cf5b7

I got this for the wife car and it is great

Not sure I would apply it to mine as I like to polish it lol

The key would be to use a clay bar, then the likes of AG Super resin polish first and then put the supaguard or what ever you decide to put on. Should keep the car shiny for years... I would still recommend a good wash and maybe the like to turtle wax wax it wet as you shammy the car
