    To adjust to beam to heighten and which way do I turn it here a pic of drivers side

    I'm guessing there the same, on mine, which direction etc is actually moulded into the plastic, not next to the adjusters, but on the far outside edge of the unit, right by the lenses

    Can't remember which way, but it's the inner of the two screws adjusts the beam height. ie, the screw nearest the radiator grille (if it's facelift headlights)

    Be careful as it's quite a coarse adjustment. ie, a small amount of turn makes quite a bit of difference in higher or lower settings.

    So be the one on the left of the pic to height. Id say really turn it clockwise to go up

    iirc, yes, it's the inside one of the two. Surely, if you're lining it up on a flat surface, turn it, if it's wrong, turn it back?
