Default CD30 Mind Of Its Own

As the title says my old cd30 has got a mind of its own and just wonderd if its repairable ???

Basically the other week it swallowed my clubland cd then wouldnt give me it back lol so kept trying the eject button and it eventually gave me the cd.
Then it started to swap the radio stations that i had stored from one to the other all on it own, pulled the fuse on it the other day to see if it would reset and it sort of did so now when i put the fuse back in it started searching for radio stations on its own and only logs on to classic fm lmao also while alll this is happening you cant press any of the buttons as it doesnt do anything and you cant use the steering controls neither.

    any info much appreciated

    cheers
    Paul

My cd30 is the same, now and again it will decide not to give me my cd no matter what i do! I can press eject loads or even hold in for 10 seconds and nothing. But then all of a sudden it decides i can have it back! This only happens rarely though, car must be sick of hearing same cd! Lol

My CD30 can get a mind of it's own when it wants. Either pull the head unit out for a couple of minutes, or disconnect the car battery for a couple of minutes. SOrted mine the last two times :thumbe

If you just ignore it and give it no attention it will soon give you it back, its like a child having a paddy! Lol, dont get tweezers owt or stick knifes in it, mite break it. Just enjoy the radio until its had its tantrum!
