    hello all im new to the site so hello to all

    well what it is i have just got my wife a vaux vec 1.9 cdti life 120bhp 2006
    when i go around big corners i feel like im leaning to far over into the passengers seat and it some times feel like im going to hit the floor when i go over speed bums. i took it back to where i bought it and they said its fine and reminded its a LIFE well i feel this guy might be ripping me off or is he right please help thanks all

    welcome to the site
    go to another garage and ask them to check suspension and shocks etc but the car is on standard suspension so it will be soft

    How many miles? Shocks are probably shot if it is a highmiler. However droplinks can fetch you out...

    90.000 fsh but nothin about shocks how can i get this tighter without spending a fortune i would spend 100 on it maybe more if i know 100% it will be better is there a way to test this all out also would be graful for tips on upgrade for this cheers all

    90.00 fsh but nothing done on shocks how can i sort this out without costing loads to upgade it and make it firm please thanks all

    £100 wont buy much these days let alone replacing suspension.

    Maybe look around the scrapyards for some SRI suspension.

    Agreed, sounds like one or both of the rear shocks have failed
    I had the same symptoms

    Have the suspension fully examined

    £70 will get you two new Bilstein rear shocks.

    scrap yard will be best bet but like others said go for a sri set up all 4 will stiff things up for you

    is the sri set up do able?? what would i need to do springs and shocks or more cheers lads for fast replies keep it coming
