Vehicle : Mk1 renault scenic... I know I know but it drives

    Trim : Basic

    Engine : 1.6 16v

    Year : 2003

    Default

Prob just as easy to go to local garage and ask them to use exhaust probe to test for gases. As those sniff testers are a bit hit and miss.

Does it have an oil cooler? Could be that rather than head

Put the probe into coolant bottle if exhaust gases are present it will register on the machine.
