Not sure what you're looking for - do you mean a Torx bit to go on a standard ratchet spanner? Also, Torx bits have codes - E20, T15 etc etc, rather than 10mm.

Edit... unless you mean a ring-spanner like device, but with a torx head instead of hexagonal... Halfords probably dont have those.
