I have an 06 vectra exclusiv.... I really want to go down the route of fitting a full xp2 kit. I am a bit confused on the rear bumper!!

i think the front bumper is a vxr one on this kit.... so if that i s the case i would need to chnage that!! My question is would i need to change the back bumper or would the rear valance of the xp2 fit?

The front bumper isnt a vxr one, it just a sri one but has a chuncker bottom splitter, which you can buy off ebay, same again for the rear you will just need a bottom skirt that surrounds diffuser, ive seen these primed at about 56 quid.

on the XP2 the front bumper is a VXR item with a different lower part

U will need atleast sri front and rear bumpers though

u dont need a SRi ront bumper for XP2 u need the upper part of the VXR bumper

thanks there, yea i am near sure i have read somewhere on here that the front is a vxr but with a different lovwer part, so i agree with husky.

But it seems its an easy job then with the rear bumper, buy the skirt and the diffuser and off we go?

Mmm, well ive got a mate with a 09 plate vxr and a mate with a 58plate xp2, and when they are lined up looking at them both at side of each other the vxr bumper has much more difined grooves that stick out more above fog lamps and the fog lamps areas them selfs are bigger on the vxr. Unless his xp2 has had a previous bump and someone put a sri bumper on it with the lower spoiler, although he bought it direct from jct's so doubt it...?

the top halves of the bumper should be identical just a different lower section

VXR & XP2 use the same foglights and surrounds, and they are different to the SRI/XP1 foglights, I know this from experience when i bought a complete VXR front bumper piece by piece from LMF..
