vectra cdti sxi 120ps ecu code u2103...any ideas what it is?

had the car about a month now,anyway it was all goin sweet until the turbo would boost up in some gears and not in others ( like it boosts only when it wants to)....no ecu lights are on the dash but i thought it could be something so i booked the car in for a diagnostic test and here is the pic of it below

the guy had no idea what this means/could be at fault....he reset the ecu and it boosts in gears now but the turbo kicks in a lot later than before

it feels very sluggish and lost lots of poke

code 001 was a canbus communication problem with it losing comms with another module or such but 'not present' means as it says, its not doing it now....

code 002 on your list is very vague, they dont refer to any directly, they dont say if its a P code, C code or whatever, (p = powertrain) c ( cant remember lol) U (canbus code) without knowing what code 73,72,18,15 are its a bit of a mystery... but as a rule of losing power and no poke points to swirl pot/egr .... old favourites of ours...

just had a thought (wonder if code 73,72,18 & 15 are sub codes for the canbus error?)

if it was the swirl pot or egr valve would the engine man light not come on?....cheers for your help
