in short yes using this unit:

However it is not part of the canbus and utilises your Aux in but it can be done and has some good reviews and its £179 and as you can see has its own display rather like a Bury or Parrot after market phone system.

I fitted an Aux input to my CDR2005 radio (using a JVC KS-IF200) and use a Pure Pocketdab 1500 to connect to it.

The 1500's headphone cable (or in my case the audio cable to the aux input) is the aerial so I have a long one that goes across the bottom of the windscreen.

It is also possible to power the 1500 using a 12V to 5V cigarette lighter USB adaptor.

It's not perfect, but mostly works well.
