Heater Controls compatibility

Is the heater control panel from pre-2005 vectra the same as the later ones ? I need to swap one of the knobs to my 2007 vectra. The adverts on ebay quote part no. 13138190.

If its just the standard AC controls then yes, I changed the unit in mine, the donor car was a 2008 and mine is 2002.

OK guys I got another heater panel and it is the same.
1 I tried changing just the knob - just can't get any of the knobs off my panel or the replacement.
2 Tried to change over the whole unit - can't unplug the blue plug. I pulled out the brown locking bar but plug won't move.
I feel as though I'm about to snap something in either case - WHAT'S THE KNACK OF DOING 1 or 2 OBOVE ???
