    Default Air/fuel leak

Hi guys I've got a problem with my cdti 150. When the car is idling there is a noise coming from top right side of engine. It's like a fast paced on off blowing noise, and you can also feel something blowing that's in sync with the noise. I'm not sure if it's coming from the furthest right injector or the furthest right swirl valve, but it would appear to be in that area. Thanks for any advice

Guys I've replaced all the injector seals but now injector 1 & 2 are leaking. I've checked all the clamps are tight, so not sure what is going on

    Any ideas guys?

    Cheers

Did you give the area in the head a scrape with small flat blade screwdriver or similar before refitting?

Could be a bit of carbon build up is not allowing them to sit properly

without hijacking thread - I am about to replace my injectors and wondered if the copper crush washers have to be fitted a certain way around. To me they look like they have 'flat' side and a slightly rounded side. Should the flat side be against the injector and the rounded side sits in the seat?

    Thanks

all sorted now guys, it was the washers on top of the injector clamps that were fooked.

As for the injector seals, the ones from vx dont have a different side, there just an even washer so doesnt matter what way they go round.
