is my dmf dying

when i start my vectra c 1.9 150 i get a loud clunk coming from the engine bay, is it possibly the dual mass flywheel?

It's more of a rattle mate possibly a clunk sound mine rattled it's head of and had vibrations in the clutch so I welded it ip and sold the car lol

i get a rattle when switching off, unless i press the clutch. but when starting its pretty load clunk

If noise goes away when clutch is depressed, DMF probably on its way out.

Mine clunked from cold on idle until the motor warmed up
