Default Well I Went And Did It!!

After selling my Siggy 2.8T to Gibbon7000 i've been carless for a couple of weeks and having to use the mother inlaws F**d Ka. I've been hunting about and there was nothing about that really took my fancy untill I saw this. I posted up a few weeks about but due to having to change insurers to be able to get it covered and the fact the mrs hated it I thought i'd leave it as couldn't be bothered with the hassle. I kept going back to the pics of it and eventually I managed to sort a decent enough quote out to make it worth my while, all though the mrs is still not happy but she doesn't drive it so its tough luck lol.

Current spec is: Revo stage one map, ABD CAI induction kit, Forge 007p DV, G60 solid flywheel and VR6 clutch, groved front discs and pagid fast road pads with more to come.

Future plans are - she's going in tomorrow to be poly bushed, then next year I plan on a set of coil overs and uprated ARB's front and rear, Miltek non res system and decat, then may be some nice RS4 Reps in 18".

First impressions are pretty good all though she doesn't feel as well built as the Siggy and feels a little old school if you know what I mean. Performance wise she was on the rollers a few weeks ago and produce 205 bhp. I'll be honest she does seem to fly and feels a lot quicker than the Saab 9-3 aero I drove a couple of weeks back so at the moment i'm pretty happy.

    Cheers

    Howard

TBH the body work is in really good condition for its age, its got a couple of small parking dings and a scratch on the o/s/f wing but other than than its pretty mint. The are a few little bits that need doing like the bushes which are getting done tomorrow (The guy I bought the car from gave them to me with the car) and the central locking doesn't work on the drivers side door, which is a common fault on these but i've all ready sourced a new mechanism which will be fitted in the new year.
