rear discs

hi trying to find how 2 for replacing rear discs and pads vectra c sri

You'll need a rewind tool to wind piston in on rear calipers mate.
also a 7mm Allen key.
And a think the caliper carrier bolt is e40 but sure someone will correct me.

Sure there will be a how 2 on it in the how 2 section.

But easy enough.

Jack up (chocking front wheels an ensure hand brake is off)
Remove wheels
Remove caliper retaining spring
Remove disc retaining bolts at this point as makes life easier if it's stuck.
7mm Allen key remove sliders ( behind rubber bung on caliper)
Tie caliper up out the way
Remove carrier (e40 a think)
Remove an replace disc
Refit carrier remembering thread lock
Wind piston back on caliper
Fit new pads
Clean an apply thin layer of grease to sliders
Refit an refit retaining spring
Refit wheels

Pump foot brake until hard keep applied then apply handbrake
Job done

Nice list.

Just one thing you forgot a pair of axle stands please don't fit them off the jack.!
