That looks a useful tent, Coleman stuff is pretty good quality, I reckon that would be all you need Ralph. As your taking your Mrs, get one you can stand up in... Or shelter/cook in. Best go to a camping shop that has 20/30 on display so you can have a mooch about, try all the chairs for size too, those collapsable bag jobs are ****** awful - but my wife loves them! Get a decent mattress too.
Myself I have a Vango Tigris, been used quite extensively the last 2 years ( 2 week stints in a wet Loire valley, a scorching Biarritz, boring old England!) its main benefit is you can get up pretty quickly. The porch is pretty handy if it ****es down.
http://www.vango.co.uk/tents/tigris-400.html But about £150 if you shop about.
The Kyham quick errect tents (go up like an umbrella ) are heavy but easy to put up.

One thing to note, try to get a Outer (flyscreen) pitch tent first, rather than an inner pitch first - quite a difference if your pitching as the rain comes down... and buy 2 mallets and an extra 20 pegs...
I got this one I may this year http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gelert-Ott...item45f8d4d092 it easy to put up by yourself if needed!
Have a look at www.gooutdoors.co.uk
as Lee says, pop into your local go outdoors, they have a great range all on display so you can get the real feel
Go outdoors have some great deals on at times, half price tents etc.
