What happens when.. you part ex ure car
Hey,
Right, just decided that, thats me and vectra done! had enough now and i want a Focus ST in orange! My car is on credit i've had it for 6months I pay £150 a month for it and its a 07 Plate XP 58K 1 owner FSH ...
What happens when i trade mine in, I'm concered at the fact the deal might offer me 2k which leaves me with the price of the focus plus interest and the rest of the vectra on my agreement :S pushing my payments right upto more than double :S which i dont want...
Advice??
Yes u might get declined also as the finance is more than the cars worth so beware and don't take stupid money for it

They will give u xx amount allways less then you will be in negative equity wich is then carried onto your next car (if they can depending on how much you owe) hey close your current agreement and start up a new one with what ever the at was up for plus the negative equity which will most deffo double your payments some lenders don't accept if a car is in too much negative equity
Dont think i'll get decliened like, credit record is pritty good. bills and credit cards always paid on time.. Hopefully they will offer like 4k for the vectra :-S
No chance of gettin 4 for it mate trust me u will be negative equity them they will add it to a new credit agree ment then u will be paying Alot more then buy the time u payed what u ow and the other car off it will be worth nothing aswell
A finance company won't finance for example 10k on a 7.5k car that's what I mean u might need to put cash down yourself
best way is to go in and ask. You may find you end up with a 7k car with 10k on credit for it

depends if you have a car finance or just a loan ...
if just a loan then you can just get a larger loan ...
Sorry to sound boring but why don't you stick with the Vectra a bit longer - the more often you change the more you'll loose - dealers have about £1500 across the screen on top of the trade in so you loose this as soon as you drive off the forecourt - so do the maths 6x150 = 900 you've not even paid back the mark up yet !
