    Default Sub Box Help

i recently got a set of 2 12" subs and it says in the box then need 3-4 cu.ft the box i got with them only has about 2.2

Will it be ok in the box? if not what should i do just build a extra box on the side?

It'll be ok just you won't be getting the best from your system so could be an idea to only use one get a ported box built and sell the other one on as a decent single box will work just as well if not better on the lower notes. after all its what your bought a sub for to feel the lower notes.

well on the website it says 1.5 cu.ft for tight sound or 2 cu.ft for deep and then just double for 2, so i might just cut the back off the box iv got and add on what i need to make it the right size

Each sub should have its own chamber so you'd be best building/buying a new box. What subs are they mate?

Just a quick thought, and I may well be incorrect, but fli are part of vibe. Vibe stands for Vented Innovative Bass Engineering. Stick em both in a vented box and add a bass cube or other tuning device & robert's your mothers brother....
