Better suspension?

I have an Exclusiv 1.9 diesel with standard shocks and lowering springs, the springs are 35 or 40 mm lowering springs, they look good, but oh boy, if I hit a speed bump or a dip in the road it is severe, a real hard bang. Spotted a link in the suspension forum to:

They seem very good value, would they improve my ride, maybe have them set on 25 mm, or would I be in much the same situation?

How many miles have you done? Just new regular shocks will probably cure your woes. Coilovers are probably excessive unless your driving at 10/10ths everywhere.

Done about six thousand on new springs, feels no worse than it did when they were fitted just trying to find a way of not having the car thud so badly over bumps and dips, the shocks in total have only done twenty eight thousand.
