    Default Help... Which shock absorbers

I need to get rear shock absorbers, quoted £30 each from local supplier. Although he said they are not fit for purpose as it is an sri.

Dealer wants £225 inc fitting which seems steep.

Can anyone recommend a good set of shock absorbers? I have eibach springs on.

    What about these:

It says that they are not suitable for cars with IDS. Sorry to sound stupid but what is IDS?

    IDS =

    Interactive Driving System-plus
(IDS-plus). Continuous Damping Control (CDC) senses changes in the vehicle dynamics and automatically adjusts the damper rates – in real time – producing greater comfort, more confident cornering behaviour and sharper handling, with reduced body roll. The Sport switch function allows instant switching to a sharper throttle and more responsive steering – and back again.

B4 are a direct replacement for Sri they have the same ride comfort I have them fitted to car with eibach springs plus not expensive I will point out though after 14 months I had to recently replace a shock as it was leaking but other than that no probs.
