    Default coolant already mixed

    is the coolant from vx already mixed or not? also any body got any tips on how to start a dti when airs in the fuel is it just the 4 th injector that you undo?

    Not sure on the coolant.

    As for starting after fuel filter change, fill the filter with diesel and crank it for 20 seconds, then wait a minute, then try again. Took mine 4 attempts and it fired up. Use the accelerator pedal to keep it running for about a minute, to allow it to bleed through.

    If that fails, loosen injector 1 or 4 (can't remember which), and get someone to crank it until you see diesel coming out. Then tighten the injector, and it should fire up pretty quickly.

    I've never had to go down the injector route personally on mine

    It doesn't come pre mixed.
    Give it a few goes on the glow plugs first by switching the ignition on waiting for the light to go out and ignition back off and then crank the engine over and crack a top union nut open one at a time until you get fuel coming through and lock it back up and stop cranking and then move on to the next one and do the same.
    Make sure the fuel filter housing is full with diesel first and the lid is on correctly and the securing bolt is done up tight.

    up batterys been on charge all night it gave about 30 seconds of cranking and its dead. Scott this is getting pricey now mate lol new battery is needed i think. Just waiting on father in law to bring me some diesel and jump leads. I tried to play it crafty i called the bank to change my address to my moms address then called the aa out because im at home but the aa wont come out because i dont have home start. my next mod is a ****** hand primer pump
