Default 3.0 cdti has horrible vibration...help!!!!

Hi Chaps, hope you can help, because so far noboby else can...I've had my 2005 v6 vec for 18 months or so and for the last 4 months had intermittent hesitation and all the other scv issues widely documented on this forum. About a month ago it got much worse and developed what felt like a misfire and vibration from about 1500rpm onwards. A trip to the local dealer showed several codes that all related to fuel pressure. So far i have changed the scv's, the fuel filter, the vaccum boost valve and replaced all the vaccum pipes as they looked a bit ropey. The EGR valve has been checked and cleaned as has all the assosciated pipework....To no resolution... The dealer had the car last week and acknowledged the vibration, but "no codes found, no fault with the car". My local independant had the car today and checked engine mounts, subframe mounts, pulleys tensioners etc and found no issues, but the vibration is still there. The car itself pulls like a train returns good economy and doesn't smoke at all....HELP any ideas gratefully accepted.

Take the car to a diesel specialist, with experience of the Y30DT
Hint, the VX dealership I use gets advice from their local Renault dealer!
Equally, when mine had the SCV replaced they then arranged for me to tale it to the Renault dealer for the fuel pump to be recalibrated (included in the warranty repair cost)

There is a recent post about this, some pedals and buttons to push
Seems strange no instructions for this appear on Field Remedy 1957
Perhaps it is on another Field Remedy?

Its definately the engine/transmission yes???, as many early Vec c,s had problems with the driveshafts. The car would vibrate/wobble during acceleration, most of the time it was the inner CV joints found to be "knackered"....

Incidently this fault/problem was carried over to the Astra aswell....

An unbalanced wheel will start to shake around about 55 mph, and you should be able to drive through it at around 65 > 70 mph. This is mostly on the steer axle wheels, and very rarely effects or is noticeable on the rear axle wheels.....

yeah ano mate can feel vibration through whee at motorway speeds, it does reduce but is still their at 95 (private road testing of course)

my nearside drive shaft had very very slight play when i checked when serving last (about 4k ago)

but as a say ill go with checking alginment and balance first, as it pulling to right.

You should drive my car mate...

I might just sell it to an 18 year old girl...she would appreciate the vibration much more...
