Change front fog bulbs

Hi
How do i change the front fog bulbs on an 04 pre facelift, i have had a poke and a pull underneath but nothing appears to come off to allow access to the back of the light.

Bulb access is from underneath rather than behind, there's a circular panel that twists off, around 3" in diameter.

Yes that is correct. There is a circular disc, with fin like things on it twist it and you will get access to the bulb. If my memory is correct it is held in by a spring "wire" that you squeeze and un- hook.
