    However the Peugeot could be parked illegally if it is a public road and junction / corner

    Did you try pushing it. Half the time those idiots don't apply the handbrake properly. I have done that a few times. One time I saw about half a dozen big strong boys actually lift a car and move it across the road.

    done that one before, a friend had some suzuki that looked like a cube shaped car and 4 of us could pick the thing up and move it. we would always move it right next to a wall so he had to climb in the other side to drive away or just spin the car around 90 degrees so it was facing the side of his house.

    but to be fair he always just laughed it off like a good lad
