    Question Protecting Polished Aluminium

Ok Ive just polished up a drivers side engine mount, but whats the best way to protect it now? Spray it with Lacquer or just wax from time to time to keep it from oxidizing?

Lacquer will probably flake off after a while once it has hardened , to keep it shiny with just a wax coating use some Belgom ALU wax this will clean the aluminnum and will then seal it.

BELGOM ALU is very good, but I have found Peek polish is very good and a lot cheaper,
