    Question Headlight bulbs, wot are the brightest (legal)

    hi all, just after some info please,
    im not goin down the hid road, due to legality, So, what would be the best, brightest headlight bulbs for my motor please, but remember they MUST be legal....

    Ring do some hid look a like 55w bulbs they where very bright an nice white colour to.

    HIDs legal ?
    If you want to stay with 55/60w look at Osram or Phillips or Bosch providing it is branded Bosch and just not unbranded in a box.

    I bought 4 Bosch Night Breakers. They are a definate improvement.

    where can i buy these night breakers.

    I got some of the halfords super brilliance last year

    better than standard but still...............

    How did they manage to test Vauxhall xenon bulbs on main beam when vx only ever fitted halogens to their main beam

    I might get a set of those Bosch ones, according to those results they're good on the dip, which is where i think i need it, main beam isn't so bad, assuming yours are the only lights on the road.

    I had a set of something years ago, made everything visible, not necessarily bright. but gave everything a bluey hue, eventually ditched them because it was messing with my head.
