As above. On a stock DTi I'd just stick with the stock one. It's the same one they fit to the CDTi and VXR so without serious mods to the intake side of the engine, you won't gain anything.

What you have there is a bar and plate universal front mount. For your car you need the most efficient tube and fin core with least possible pressure drop across the core. There will be a fair bit of work to do with the fitting kit above to fit your car.
I have used a Hybrid GT core and that alone costs £180 but results are very good.
Those of you that advocate no improvement to the OE intercooler obviously run without the benefit of an air charge temperature guage.
On a 150 CDTi Vectra C in standard form it only took a short blast in top gear to have 50 or 60 degrees C. ACT. The stock FMIC is barely satisfactory. At that time the ACT guage scale stopped at 69.9 deg.C. After mlld tuning the guage was regularly off the scale on WOT.
Now on the same 1.9 CDTi engine with the Hybrid FMIC core which I installed using 63 diameter aluminium tube and some silicon bends/reducers from SFS, ACT is generally never more than 15 C. over ambient and this was a major factor in helping me achieve power outputs ranging from 215 bhp 230 through 240 and 250 bhp to the current 269 bhp and over 400 ft.lbs.
To get maximum benefit from the FMIC you need least pressure drop and you will need to add fuel.
