    SRI = Sports Suspension

Equally, what equipment are they using?
If it is Hunters equipment then all they need to insert is your VRN
If they are searching for the generic settings then their licence has expired

Same as mine, no need to add any weights
The weights are to simulate a typical load of two front seat passengers and small load in the boot

My personal advice is to check the tyre pressures prior to presentation, if required adjust and set them to standard
Also, remove everything from the car so that it is pretty much showroom condition

As I posted some time ago
I visited a local outlet and they asked me several questions about my car, which did not fill me with confidence
After contacting Hunters they advised this was due to the outlet not having a current licence and recommended I visit an outlet that did have a current licence
They also advise this would be recognised by the outlet not having to ask any questions and simply inserting the VRN into their system, which will then appear on the screen and match your vehicle

    Vehicle : Insignia

    Trim : Sri

    Engine : 140 Ecoflex S/S

    Year : 2013

The alignment settings given in VX TIS2000 state that the settings are only valid when 70kg/154lbs are added to each front seat and the car has half a tank of fuel.

Likewise, if the left and right trim heights (distance between centre of each respective wheel and the highest point of the arch) should not vary by more than 1mm. If the difference is > 1mm, then the difference must be compensated for by adding weights in the boot.

Basically, adding weights ensures the car is levelled horizontally.

This is almost laughable, I had my vectra on a hunter machine and the adjustability and accuracy is awesome, the rear track and camber adjustment would be difficult without this awesome kit.
mine has eibach lowering springs so i guess that would further invalidate the settings, any way we set my GSI to the sports settings then optimised the front camber to max neg on the tolerance. Similar on the rear corrected the trust and brought the rear toe to max out but within tolerance.....................awesome machine(Hunter), my car is superb, tyre wear is exactly as i expected...............and the steeering is perfectly centered don't get hung up on the perfect weighting you wont ever notice the difference the 70kg might have made.
