    Default Diagnostix Diesel Box

Well I have fitted it and took it for a run.

Definate inprovement, I also made two turns to increase the Gee Gees a little.

As first it was hard to tell, then I put it back to standard and it felt very flat!!!! But once adjusted it goes like a train.

Well worth the money, I highly recomend it.

Going on Holiday tomorrow with the Caravan so this will be the ultimate test. I think once I have added a K&N filter it will be much better.

If these box's are at position 18 from the factory, I am now at position 22. It does go very well indeed.

Towing was easy, This is no lie but on a pulling onto a dual carriageway with the caravan on, I out accelerated with ease up to 60 mph a Veccy C Elite 2.0 DTi, considering the caravan weighs 1430kg, I was well impressed!!

    Default Diagnostix CDTI Box

I'm thinking about getting one of these once my new company car turns up, but I have found what looks like the diagnostix box on ebay selling for just £80. The ebay shop is profitune. Has anyone here heard of them? or what their boxes are like?

They obviously weren't trying Matt - or felt the need to race a car and caravan!

Sorry, no matter how good those Diagnostix boxes are, there is no way a 1.9 CDTi pulling 1.5 tonnes of caravan is going to out accelerate a 2.0 DTi.

no but our VP44 system will, the VP 44 injection system on the Di and DTi cars is not a common rail and is direct from pump. You need to connect our VP44 system to the pump, accelerator sensor etc, but they are fully digitally mapped and work very well.
