    Default 05 1.9CDTI Sri (120) Clutch problems

Hello All, this is my first post so go easy on me please.
The missus recently bought a 1.9CDTi Sri (120) with 80k on the clock, it was a bit of an emergency purchase as the old Veccy B gave up the ghost and she needs a car for work, I gave it a quick once over and told her not to buy it and get a lower mileage newer one they had in instead, so she went back with her dad and got it
So it comes home and she is made up with it, a week later I eventually take it out to find allot of vibration in the clutch pedal and it also makes quite a loud vibrating noise on idle, I make her take it back as it does have a 1 month G'tee on the engine/gearbox. Salesman says there is nothing wrong with it they all go like that as its not a new car, so after plenty of phone calls they eventually pay for an independent inspection, they guy at the garage said it was the flywheel but its perfectly serviceable and should easily do another 10k before anything needs doing. At the time i didnt believe a word he was saying as i knew nothing of a DMF and was wondering how a hunk of metal (old skool flywheel) could indeed go faulty, plenty of internet searching told me all about the DMF and its failings.
So we are out of warantee, 600 miles later and it breaks down on her, the clutch pedal went to the floor while she was driving and wouldnt come back up again. We get the car lifted to out local trusted garage who has done leads of work for our entire family in the past and is an all round great guy. We told him all about the clutch issue and he said he would look into it, his first thought was the master cylinder, he said if we were lucky it would just be that so he changed it and it was exactly the same. Thats as far as he could take it so he gave us the name of a clutch specialist he knows but it was our decision if we use it. We did of course and the damage report came in, it needs a new DMF and a new clutch! £800 so it had to be done otherwise we dont have a car. So the work gets done and it seems fine until i drove the car last week. The vibration is back, if you lightly press on the clutch pedal you can feel some bad vibrations through your foot but that isnt the worst of it, during my drive the clutch biting point keeps moving, one minute it on the floor the next it at the top and there was one occasion where the clutch pedal stayed on the floor and i had to get my toe behind it to flick it back up.
It sounds to me like the original problem. The thing is we payed £800 (good/bad price?)because the pedal got stuck on the floor, parts were replaced to fix it but they didnt didnt so am i entitled to a refund as they replaced something that wasnt causing the fault? I appreciate the DMF was proberbly nearly dead but is it the norm to replace the clutch/DMF and not the slave? Im just wondering what is the best way of approaching the garage with this problem, I dont fancy paying the labor to have the slave cylinder done when we already payed to have the wrong component replaced.

The garage that did the clutch and DMF change have an obligation to put the work right. Speak to the garage and see what they can do for you, after all, you've paid £800 for the work to be done and they havn't fixed the issue. I'd be pretty ****ed TBO that they havn't fixed the problem
