ROI Region?

Specifically the republic as there is a Northern Ireland region already.
Would be good 4 meets & help etc.
I'm sure there's a few already here & more to come so maybe a region should be set up sometime in the near future.

Anyway first one for Republic of Ireland 2 try get the ball rolling.
