just seen a prefacelift vectra with active badge on it never heard of that model before, there must be a lot of different models out there,

The Active was a special edition in 2003. Basically somewhere between Club and Elegance in the normal model lineup.

My first Vectra 'C' was an Active. An LS with 17" Elite alloys, Auto wipers, Anti-dazzle mirror, Indirect Night Lighting, Leather Gear Knob, Front Kick Plates, SRI-style lights and indicators and 3rd brake light and body-coloured door handles added. Only available as a 1.8 petrol or a 2.0DTI, and only available with Metallic or Pearlescent paint.

My dad used to own an "Energy" model... Basically an LS with the smoked headlamps and different alloys.

My 1st C was the DTI Active, mine had the irmy rear wing... they certainly looked the part didn't they
