DPF removal companies for 3.0 CDTi

I'm trying to research a DFP removal and CDI flash to stop any further issues in the future but I can't find anybody yet willing to work on a Z30DT

I'm told that the CDI in my 57 plate 3.0 CDTi is a sod and many companies don't want to do it.

Anybody had this done and can recommend a company?

Sorry can't recommend anyone but do not use a company called Sinspeed based in London. Cost me circa £1600 to put my 2007 Vectra 3.0CDTI right after they made a complete hash of it. When I complained they didn't want to know. I recommend that no one uses this company for anything.

There seems to be a complete clash of opinions by members on this. I seem to be the only one who has for several months has said that DPF removal/subsequent remapping cannot be done on the 3.0 'Z' engine. I have several post on this point quoting highly professional and experienced diesel and mapping specialists on the point.

At the same time I have read totally contradictory posts which are saying that my information is wrong. However, your post seems to prove my point.

Make your own mind up, but beware of anyone who says that the DPF on your car can be done WITH the necessary re-mapping as a botched job could result.

From what I've heard Elite Remaps in Leeds can do this, I asked around a few of the remap forums.

The guy who done mine and ray's (R2XPT) has tuned some 3.0CDTI's so I would wonder if it's something he would do. I know that the ECU on the 3.0CDTI has to be opened up but Ray's CDTI needed to have the ECU opened up too.
