    Thats a tricky one if the country treated us correctly then maybe yes but at this moment in time deffenatly not I mean £15k I think is the starting wage which I think is terrible considering there risking there lives I get £21k for not risking mine I know it's each to there own

    Just you here what the MOD is doing to the troops pretty sh@@@t considering they put there life on the line

    I'd like to think that I would but if it actually came to it I don't know if I would have the balls. The body would say yes but I think my brain would override and say no

    Saying yes is one thing, actually picking up a gun and using it is something completely different.

    I would defend Britain but I wouldn't go to war for Britain.

    I don't agree in getting involved in all these wars that are nothing to do with us.

    We go in to make money.

    Bomb the crap out the country then go in and rebuild it.

    I would, and have done. I was long gone before the Iraq and Afghan wars.
    I agree the Armed Forces aren't treated as well as they should be. Even in my day pay barely kept up with inflation, vital equipment delayed or not available.
    It mostly comes under the old "if you can't take a joke" saying. You know what you sign up for, it's your choice. You don't get given the choice of only going to the conflicts you feel are justified.

    The cost of going to war far outweighs any money we would make through awarding contracts to British companies. I'd love to see accurate figures for these costs and perceived benefits.
