Have seen this and wondered if anyone knew anything about it? Seems like a lot of car for the money.

I don't know the car. But there is definitely no exterior pack on that car. Just a bog standard Sri.

the Ebay user name is nothing like the company name in their address .

nothing wrong with that , but usually companies have the same ebay and company name .

plus , they are called something like , Non Fault Claims ,

so i would check it has not been in any accidents etc .

i've just done a mini check on it ,

description meets the number plate ,

BUT , the last time the tax expired was 01/ 01 / 2010 ,

it might be something or nothing ,

or maybe the car check company has not had any new information since January 2010 .

=========================================

also the registration date on the car check is ......... 05 / 06 / 2007 ,

and the ebay ad says it is .......... 1 march 2007 .

i think you need to investigate before purchasing

i think you need to investigate before purchasing

or they've had it a while and need to shift it to make room for another motor as it's not selling on the forecourt (hence the last tax date) and the 1st march 2007 is the beginning of the reg designation '07'...... I've known dealers sell cars at a loss just to shift them as their forecourts are their advertising space and having a car that isn't selling is bad advertising.......

yeah , agree .

if they still have it next January 2012 , that might means they have had it untaxed on their forecourt for nearly 2 years or that it has been passed around the dealers for 2 years like a hot potato , lo.l. , ,,, painful for the dealers

a bit of a difference there ,

unless ......... the dealer just rounded up the 07 reg to start of the 07 plates because he did not have the cars documents to hand , but if he has , he has aged the car by 3 months .

vectras r getting cheaper every day 07 plate 1.8 3300 pounds no sri interior or alloys but you can add them on

Is it me, or has the lower "lip" under the front number plategot a couple of scrapes on the top? Odd place for damage, unless it's reflection or camera.

This certainly looks great value for money on the face of it.

The issues with tax & reg date should be easy to verify (see Dealer has no feedback as yet though)

I wonder what mileage shows on the MOT?

I am a natural sceptic - but then I think I got a pretty good deal on my V6 CDTi Siggy Elite from a garage............. (73k & £3950 with a Hiccup problem

I noticed that too. Dont think its a reflection as its every angle in every pic so Looks like front bumper will need a respray. Prob reflected in the price and why it wont shift.
