The sensor and wiring should already be fitted as standard to your car, behind the front bumper.

The sensors are quite universal across the vauxhall range.

Regarding wiring, if you are looking for original coloured wiring and the connector, then you could easily get these from any Vauxhall in the scrap yard.

It is a standard wire pair of Blue and blue with a white stripe.

I know for a fact, that the sensor is the same for Cav mk3, Vectra-B, Vectra-C and Omega-B

As said in my post, yes Omega-B parts will fit.

I am assuming that you have got a car without the front bumper, or the front plug has been cut off after a front end smash.

Otherwise this would be fitted as a standard part.

Are you wiring all the way upto the module?

If so, the wiring is something like..

Sensor - blue/white wire to Body control module pin 44

Sensor blue wire to body control module pin 47

The Body control module is up to the side of the glove-box on the inner wing on the passenger side of the car. (UK right hand drive vehicles)

There should be a big-ish connector behind the bumper, strapped to the metalwork, down below the headlamp assembly / radiator grille.

It should have about 8 or 10 pins in it..

only 2 or 6 should be populated.

Two are for the Temperature sensor,
and the remaining 4 wires (I think), are for the front fog-lights - where fitted.

Hopefully you can connect up to here.

    Is just the sensor.

The wire is part of the bumper loom.
