Default 2004 2L dti white smoke problem please help

i have 2004 estate with 94000 miles on the clock about a year ago I started it up drove round corner noticed a lot of white smoke so pop in to local garage. the only code that came up was throttle position senser so changed it. still the same problem.Second option injectors so changed all injectors and seals at a cost of £450 and still the same problem.

after this these are a list off item that have been replaced

A Second hand Turbo to replace the old one
Pre heater Canister (Fuel filter housing)
Glow Plugs and second hand Glow plug Relay
    Leak off Pipes and connectors
turbo inter cooler cleaned out and pipes checked for damages
    temp and crank sensers changed
    Vacuum pipes and actuators changed
    egr valve (second hand) changed
    inlet manifold and swirly flaps
    New Battery
    and still the same Problem

left it running for 20 minutes and noticed the smoke has gone so I switched it off tried it again not a problem.Next day started it to take it for M O T same problem this time i noticed

When Starting for the first 20 sec just tiny amount of smoke just like a diesel will then engine changes tone and cloud of white smoke just pour out of back box. When left idling and as soon as the temperature goes up to 80 on temp gauge the engine runs normal and no smoke.
so took plug off temp senser so fan kicks in after temp started going down i notice the smoke started again

please any one direct me what it could be there is no engine management light on either

If you are not having to top up the coolant I would guess that the white smoke you are seeing is condensation caused by hot exhaust gas passing through a cold exhaust system.

The only one you haven't mentioned is the MAF sensor. If this is running faulty it could be the issue. Although diesels are not as strict with Air to fuel ratios as petrols, they are designed to run at a particular AFR at a given throttle position. If the MAF is telling the ECU more air entering the engine than is actually, then the engine will over fuel. That's my theory anyway.
