    Vehicle : Vectra

    Trim : SRI

    Engine : 3.0 V6 CDTI

    Year : 2007

There are ones on eBay for £159.99, these are genuine VX, the one in the link above is a copy, there may be issues with fit etc with that.
I have a VXR rear spoiler on my car, looks loads better, not sure at what speed the extra down force will start to take effect but every little helps.

I dont think its there to provide extra downforce.

The Vectra VXR is front wheel drive, why would you want downforce at the back? The only time I could see you wanting downforce at the back of a Vectra is if you removed the rear seats plus tons of weight from the back of the car.

I think the Vectra VXR rear spoiler extends the rear bodywork to help escape the vacuum effect which holds the car back at speed (turbulant vortex created at the back of the car when travelling through air).

When I'm driving at 160+ mph the amount of air resistance at the front of the car is massive. You can feel it pushing the car back.

    You need wings, not spoilers.
