Best to shine the chrome

Just what it says on the tin, what's the best thing to shine the chrome bits on the car.

To be fair, I'm not much of a polisher, it's too much like hard work

But this weekend I washed my car and have polished it with Autoglym super resin stuff that you all seem to rate. It was getting dark when I finished so I'll have to wait til tomorrow to see the results. But all my chrome bits are pretty dull, and the polish didn't seem to make much odds.
What should I use??

Autosol metal polish, or Peek metal polish. Both will bring the chrome up a treat

Have you tried using SRP on them? It is full of cleaners.

dont forget to wax + seal or all your polishing will be in vain .

also brasso is good for chrome work ...

I think she means the chrome painted plastics. I could be wrong.

i also use all autoglym stuff what do you mean seal what do i need to do that prefer autoglym if they do it

Auto glym high gloss protector for light colour .
Auto Glym Extra Gloss for dark colours .

easy to apply sealants .

For the Chrome like the strip on boot I used tcut metal polish in Asda think was 3 pound but removed the scratches and brings it out a lot them seal it
