Default z19dth totally flat in power

anyone had any problems like this, car doesnt really seem to be boosting, has had new inlet manifold, air flow meter and egr, cleanes boost pressure sensor and turbo seems to be sucking ok. still brings up p2279 and p002 rail pressure range/performance, black/blue smoke when under pressure and smell of egr gasses inside while driving

With rail pressure range performance it maybe worth removing the sensors & cleaning them, remove r/h sensor it has no seal, clean with carb cleaner or as i did in a jug or brake cleaner (around 2/3 inches) & just swirl around to remove any loose dirt & grit, l/h sensor undo inner nut & hold sensor as it will turn, clean in the same way, it has an 'o' ring but no problem to re-use as i have done twice (a very light wipe with oil to aid re-insertion will help), Check the small vacuum pipes going from the valve by radiator to engine & vacuum pump, these are known to split, was the egr brand new? or replacement.

ps; P2279 Intake Air System Leak
not finding p002 are you sure on that one, rail pressure /range performance,
it maybe inlet manifold gasket leaking, egr fault/gasket leaking, intercooler leaking etc etc.

Rough on idle? is it chugging & do you have a slight chuff of blue'ish smoke at the same time?, If so do as i said previously with the rail sensors its an easy job totally diy no experience needed at all ( make sure everything is spotless clean NO DUST/GRIT in containers & lint free cloth if used for wiping anything), if you still have chugging on tick-over it may pay to get opcom program to read the live injector deviation values on tick-over ( they all should be between -3.00 & 3.0, I have the above on tick-over & injectors 2+4 are reading between 4/5 so need attention). This still maybe a egr problem due to exhaust fumes in engine bay, you can remove the egr & test easy with battery or battery charger (the two connectors touched with wire live & earth will make the valve click open & closed, any way round will work).

well think i finally sorted this, intake air leak was a very slight crack on intercooler to throttle body hose, removed rail pressure sensor and fuel metering valve, seemed clean enough, tried injector cleaner etc, to no avail then i reset and reprogrammed the ecu using tech 2, and she is alot more responsive, think it was a remap/demap gone wrong!

I am having the exact same problems. I used op-com to read my injectors at idle and got the following results:

    1: -1.50
    2: 5.03
    3: -0.80
    4: 0.03

Looks like injector 2 is gone. Im getting fed up of the rough idle in traffic so I am going to replace it. Does anybody know if the Bosch injectors on the 1.9cdti 150 changed at any stage in the model lifespan or did they remain the same?
